Today another meeting was held. It was discuss about the progress that the companies have done so far. well everything seems well find enough. until it came to this paticular point. then out of no where the bos just went beserk coz the complian that this employee talk about. and he said about animal word in a very polite way ^^b. in my mind what the hell why is he need to angry about? I think this employee was reporting as polite as he can, there is no presure or any angry tone that he said. I don't know maybe the bos just too much thought in his head.
well in work environment is it your own feeling that you use or is it rational thinking. you get this preasure from your bosthat you must finish your work and fullfil the year target. or you would prefer using your own guts and leave the office.
